1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and ULB Fine Exotic Car Rental ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, services, and vehicle rentals in Dubai, UAE.
Agreement to Terms
- By accessing our website, you accept these Terms.
- By booking a vehicle, you agree to all conditions.
- These Terms supplement any rental agreement.
Modification Rights
- We may modify these Terms at any time.
- Changes become effective upon posting.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2 Definitions and Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

| "Rental Agreement" | The contract signed at vehicle pickup detailing specific rental terms. |
| "Rental Period" | The duration for which the vehicle is rented. |
| "Primary Driver" | The individual named in the Rental Agreement as the main driver. |
| "Excess Amount" | The deductible payable by Customer in case of damage or loss. |
| "Security Deposit" | The amount held as guarantee against damages, fines, or additional charges. |
| "Authorized Driver" | Any driver approved by Company and listed in the Rental Agreement. |
3 Vehicle Rental Terms
Rental Eligibility and Approval
- All rentals subject to Company approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse service without cause.
- Vehicle allocation based on availability.
Rental Period and Extensions
Minimum rental period: 24 hours. Extensions subject to availability and must be requested at least 4 hours before return. Additional charges apply.

Zero‑Deposit Policy
Credit Card Holders: We perform a small AED 5 verification hold – no large blocks.
No Credit Card? Choose our Cordova Insurance plan for a small daily fee and drive with zero deposit.
Additional Drivers
- Maximum 2 additional drivers allowed.
- All drivers must meet requirements.
- AED 100/day per additional driver.
5 Payments, Fees, and Charges
Rental Rates and Charges

Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit to confirm booking
- Balance at vehicle pickup
- Security deposit hold at pickup
Cancellation Policy
Refunds processed within 5‑10 business days. Card fees non‑refundable.
6 Insurance and Liability
Our comprehensive insurance includes:
- Third‑Party Liability – AED 2,000,000 coverage
- Collision Damage – subject to excess amount
- Theft Protection – included
Excess Amounts
Accident: AED 15,000–25,000 (varies by model)
Theft: AED 25,000–40,000
Insurance Exclusions
- Driving under influence
- Unauthorized drivers
- Racing / off‑road
- Commercial use
Optional zero‑excess coverage available (+AED 300‑500/day). Coverage void if Terms are violated.
7 Liability and Indemnification
You are responsible for:
- Immediate accident reporting
- No unauthorized repairs
- Returning with full tank (Super 98)
Our liability is limited to the rental charges. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use.
8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. We encourage amicable resolution; please contact us first.
